Cauliflower Spanish Rice

Ingredients

1 bag steam in bag cauliflower rice
1/2 can tomato sauce no sugar added
1-2 tsp pickled jalapeno juice
1-2 tsp jalapenos chopped
1-2 tsp ground cumin
1-2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Steam the bag of cauli. Transfer to skillet and stir in the rest! Simmer til flavors come together. Serve as a side on your FAVORITE mexican dish night and enjoy!!

P.S. I served up ours with crockpot beefy tacos, black beans, salsa.
