I’ve met new favorite dressing today at lunch, y’all. 🙂 With my leftover pork loin from last night’s dinner, I made a blackberries & radish spinach salad topped with an orange lime vinaigrette. Delicious!
I’ve always been a honey mustard fan, and this meets that craving for me without the added sugars and such of a store bought dressing. 🙂
It’s the Orange Lime Vinaigrette from 21 Day Fix Extreme eating plan recipes, made with evoo, lime juice, orange juice, raw honey, dijon mustard. I actually did not have any dijon on hand, so I used regular yellow mustard and it was awesome!
To make this dressing, combine 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup 100% orange juice, 1/4 cup evoo, 2 tsp. raw honey, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard. Whisk together until blended. Use your orange fix Container to portion out and pour over your salad. Would also be wonderful over chicken! Mmmm!
