Day 7 for me today, and I alllmmmmoooosssst skipped yoga fix extreme – *GASP* …but then I remembered… I am committed!
You know, I’ve never been a big yoga person… I would normally opt for a PiYo instead. (Sorry, Autumn).
But, I decided since I committed to this program as a whole, I’m gonna see the whole program through. And I’m actually glad I did!
So, I pushed play on 21dfx yoga fix extreme tonight, just between finding out school is closed tomorrow for a snow day and one last Dr Who episode with hubby :-).
Oh, and, who knew? I can do a backbend again! With a little grunting, of course. Lol. Only, apparently in yoga it’s called a wheel… ?
