#LifeFitFridayFaves – Creamy Coffee Ice Cream Frosty, Crisp Apple “Pie” Bowl, Sweet Maple Mustard Dressing

Hey Life Fit Friends… 

Here are 3 of my fave clean eats this week!   Quick, Easy, and SO Tasty!  

Coffee Nice Cream Frosty

Sunday after church is the perfect time for mama to kick her feet up with a chilled bowl or cup of frozen coffee nice cream goodness!  Here is my recipe for a creamy Coffee Ice Cream Frosty!

1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology 

1 cup ice 

1 tablespoon coconut oil 

1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes 

Place almond milk and ice in blender.  Add Shakeology and coconut oil.  Blend til thick, creamy, and smooth.   Add more ice or liquid as desired.  Avoid over blending.  Keep thick enough to eat with a spoon.  Pour into chilled coffee cup, milkshake mug, or ice cream bowl.  Garnish with coconut flakes.  Serve immediately & enjoy!  

Crisp Apple “Pie” Bowl

Sometimes you want a taste of pie without it going to your gut like a brick!  Lol… without sabotaging your clean eating sugar detoxing bragging rights… and without neglecting your  health & fitness goals.  Here’s my solution.  

1 green apple

6-8 raw pecans

Cinnamon to taste 

Simply chop up that tart green apple and pecans, sprinkle with cinnamon, and stir all together in a bowl.  

Psst… you also make this a warm treat by simmering all together in a skillet with coconut oil until apples are soft!  So good. 

Sweet Maple Mustard Salad Dressing

I am an absolute fan of a deep yellow, SWEET honey mustard dressing! I used to get it all the time at restaurants until I realized the sugar content!  Wow… so I created my own!  This is the best version of clean eating honey mustard dressing I’ve come up with!   Try it and tell me what you think!
