Can you believe another month has come and gone, *|FNAME|*?

June always feels like the real start of summer and we’re ready for fun tropical beverages, campfires with smores, and days in the sunshine with summer fruit and our families.

What is your favorite part of summer?

It’s often easier for us to fall off track with our nutrition and workouts in the summer, too – but that’s why we love our support and accountability groups so much! This group will help keep you accountable to reaching your goals, we’re giving you tasty meal plans, plus the workouts are fun AND we can do them from anywhere!

We thank our May fit club sisters for staying committed to all month long, and we invite you to continue on as part of our SUMMER STRONG SQUAD! Berry Protein Pops

We’re sharing some really tasty summer popsicle recipes in our June support + accountability group – so I wanted to share one with you, too! These Berry Protein Pops are a delicious treat that won’t throw you off your meal plan!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (I use Shakeology!)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 4 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Are you making plans for summer? While 2020 will definitely be one for the books, I’m ready to make this the best summer ever.
