Create a Wellness Vision

Yesterday we talked about finding your deeper ‘why’ behind your goals. I hope you found that purpose and are more focused than ever. Let’s piggy back off that purpose and create a clear vision for your overall wellness! 👏

Wellness means being in the best possible health – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. That overall sense of well-being is what we are going for. That might look and feel different for everyone.

To get to that wellness vision, you will need to take time and focus on what that looks like in your own life. Here is a list of questions to ask yourself in order to start creating that picture of total wellness.👇

What does your ideal day look like?
What kind of mood are you usually in?
What foods do you eat on a regular basis?
How do you feel about food overall?
What kind of support system do you have?
What does your faith walk look like?
What habits and behaviors are consistent for you?
Who is involved in this with you?
What do you value most in your life?
What does peace and balance feel like?

This is just to get things moving, so feel free to expand beyond these! Paint that picture of what wellness looks like for you. 👩🏼‍🎨 Once you do that, you know exactly what you are focusing on and working towards!

Creating New Health Habits Isn’t Just About Looking Good – but FEELING Good, Too.

📰 News flash…

Eating well, getting good sleep, supplementing where needed, moving your body, drinking water – these are not just for losing weight or looking good. These are essential lifestyle habits for living a focused and full life!

So, if you are not motivated by wanting to look great, then let feeling great be your motivation! 😊 If you want to be more focused, get more done, feel more in control and have more peace and clarity in your life — be more intentional about your daily health habits and lifestyle!

Let me know below if you too want to FEEL fantastic & focused! 🤩

I used to feel completely out of control with food because I’m an emotional eater and would get on endless cycles of eating food that just made me full of regret. And I hated diets because they left me feeling hungry and weak all the time… but I knew I had to create healthier habits around my eating so I would stop feeling like food was the boss of my life, holding me back in insecurities and shame.

What I needed was a way to eat and feel full and energized, lose weight I’d gained over the years of emotional eating, and not have to count calories meticulously or be limited to just a few approved foods. Something real and based in truth – foods that are good for my body and would help me feel good inside and out.

I was so grateful for the day a friend shared with me a nutrition program that helped me understand how to eat for health and also lose the weight. I did lose 5 dress sizes and have kept it off without ever feeling like I was “dieting” – because I wasn’t! I learned how to create healthy habits around food, exercise, and taking care of myself mentally, emotionally, and so I started sharing every resource and solution that helps me with others – like you!

If you’re someone like me, who has struggled with food and emotional eating, I want to help you. Just reach out! Email coachangelb@gmail.com and tell me what you’re looking for.
