Donald and I were out and about yesterday, enjoying this amazing fall weather, breeze; sun with the kiddos’ school walkathon event. And let me tell you how freeing it is to be able to enjoy life with your kids, knowing you’re setting an example for fitness AND healthy eating… with no stress because it’s so simple! In fact, I use it as a guide to help my kids understand the importance of food as fuel for the body in all of their activities and general well being.
Okay, so, on to the good stuff!
I’ve created this video so that I can really just talk about it – just how I talk to my challengers – so you can see how this system completely simplifies nutrition and eating “right” or eating well. I’m not one to advocate starving or just calorie counting alone if what you’re really after is health for your body – from the inside, out. So, the fix fits the bill for me in my approach to eating for health.
As I tell all my challengers, Fix eating has simplified my life. No more tediously counting calories or tracking macros to create the perfectly balanced pie chart in a tracker app (some of you are grinning right now, cause you know what I’m talking about) LOL. I don’t have to know number of calories or number of grams of carbs, protein, fat, fiber…. whatever!
Just a few containers per day, and I’m set!
Now, if you’ve graduated from 21 Day Fix already, or you’re pretty athletic already and looking for a notch up in your workouts… you may be considering 21 Day Fix Extreme. About My Team’s Challenge Groups:
My team’s challenge groups take place in a private Facebook group where challengers get to know each other and help provide support to others in reaching their fitness and health lifestyle goals.
How Much Does a Challenge Group Cost?
There is no cost to participate in my challenge group. However, you will need to purchase a Challenge Pack to have everything you need at home for the challenge and assign me as your coach. A Challenge Pack includes your workout DVDs, Nutrition Plan and Eating Guides, and a month of Shakeology.
