Back Pain? How to deal: #MomLife Hack

Hey there, Life Fit Mama friend!  Do you sometimes deal with low back pain?  I have!!  All my life it seems… since middle school!

I’m no stranger to the chiropractor’s office, and admittedly I don’t go as often as I should sometimes (mom life gets crazy busy sometimes, right)?  And for sure I do not go to the massage therapist but once a year probably LOL!

Teaching fitness classes throughout the week, you’d think I would be more diligent, ya know!?

So, when the back tightens up and I”m feeling it twinge , here’s a little home remedy / how I deal / til I get myself to the chiropractor!  😉
