I can tell you that with my experience in fitness and all the many ways of eating out there… not one single program is the right fit for everyone. The 2B Mindset is the newest program from Beachbody that focuses on eating and nutrition – and emotional eating solutions!! So we are given an understanding of food as our fuel, not as comfort. We can conquer the habits that have been eluding us from feeling in control where our eating and food choices are concerned . This program is such an effective way to change our nutrition and eating from a whole new approach, without having to also worry about being busy with workouts at the same time. Of course, we are always welcome to workout during the program if we like to already! But the main focus here is for successfully losing weight and getting healthy by navigating, transforming, and repairing our relationship with food.

This program was created by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Ilana Muhlstein as a practical and simple weight loss solution after years of yo-yo dieting. You’ll get recipe ideas and meal prep help, plus tips for conquering emotional eating and more. She has been working on this program with Beachbody for the past 2 years along with many many years of researching and testing on her own to develop this program!!!
