Food FOMO from an Emotional Eating Overcomer

Ever find yourself putting food in your grocery cart you didn't "mean" to buy that day, because you SAW it and thought... when will I ever be able to have that again... and for THAT super low price? LOL ... Me, too. God started dealing with me about these unwanted and unplanned food binges that really I didn't "want" the consequences of... so why couldn't I say "no" in the moment? Aha! And then... it had a name. FOOD FOMO - Fear Of Missing Out!! So, let's chat about it - and all the FOMO moments we can now know we can approach in a different way 😉
