Food FOMO from an Emotional Eating Overcomer
Ever find yourself putting food in your grocery cart you didn’t “mean” to buy that day, because you SAW it and thought… when will I ever be able to have that again… and for THAT super low price? LOL … Me, too. God started dealing with me about these unwanted and unplanned food binges that really I didn’t “want” the consequences of… so why couldn’t I say “no” in the moment? Aha!
